The Gas Technology Institute's recently released report, Pipeline
Quality Biomethane: North American Guidance Document for
Introduction of Dairy Waste Derived Biomethane into Existing Natural
Gas Network provides a comprehensive study and guidance document for
anaerobic digester developers interested in producing pipeline
quality renewable natural gas. The report is also a useful, detailed
overview of all of the issues involving producing pipeline quality

October, 2009: The US EPA has recently released the Final Mandatory Reporting of Greenhouse Gases Rule, you can read this by following this URL - http://www.epa.gov/climatechange/emissions/ghgrulemaking.html . The rule requires that facilities emitting 25,000 metric tons (mtCO2e) or more per year of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions submit annual reports to EPA. TAKE NOTE: This rule includes large livestock facilities, including dairies. |
